Event Dragon LLC provides travel advisory and booking services for airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel suppliers. By engaging Event Dragon to arrange travel services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Event Dragon LLC acts as a travel advisor and booking agent for third-party travel suppliers including airlines, hotels, transportation providers, and other travel vendors.
Event Dragon LLC does not own or operate these suppliers and is not responsible for their acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, or service failures. All travel arrangements are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual travel suppliers.
Travel pricing is not guaranteed until confirmed and ticketed. Availability and pricing may change at any time prior to final confirmation.
Airfare, hotel rates, and supplier pricing may fluctuate due to:
Event Dragon LLC will always attempt to secure the best available pricing at the time of booking, but pricing cannot be guaranteed until reservations are confirmed.
By providing payment information and completing a Credit Card Authorization, you authorize Event Dragon LLC to process payments for travel services on your behalf.
Payments may include airfare, hotel accommodations, transportation services, event travel arrangements, and applicable service fees.
Certain suppliers may require deposits or full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation and change policies vary by supplier.
Airlines, hotels, and other travel providers may impose change fees, cancellation penalties, or non-refundable deposits. Clients are responsible for all applicable supplier fees.
Event Dragon will assist with modifications when possible but cannot guarantee availability or fee waivers.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess proper travel documentation including:
For international travel, passports are generally recommended to be valid at least six months beyond the return date.
Event Dragon LLC is not responsible for travelers being denied boarding or entry due to improper documentation.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, and unforeseen circumstances.
Clients who decline travel insurance assume responsibility for any financial losses related to cancellations, interruptions, or travel delays.
Travel disruptions may occur due to weather conditions, airline operational issues, government restrictions, supplier changes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Event Dragon will make reasonable efforts to assist travelers in resolving disruptions but cannot guarantee alternative arrangements or compensation.
Clients are responsible for reviewing all booking confirmations and travel documents promptly and notifying Event Dragon of any errors.
Providing accurate traveler information is required to avoid booking errors or additional fees.
By submitting traveler information and authorizing payment, clients acknowledge acceptance of these Travel Terms & Authorization and authorize Event Dragon LLC to arrange travel services on their behalf.
